- unit-economicsCost is expressed per unit of work, not per month in aggregate. Checked by: unitOfWork and costPerUnit are both present and numeric where applicable.
- runaway-guardA mechanism stops spend when the ceiling is hit. Checked by: runawayGuard names an enforcing mechanism, not an alert alone.
