1. responds-200The live URL responds successfully to an unauthenticated third party. Checked by: HTTP GET the deploy URL; require a 2xx and a non-empty body.
2. rollback-existsA rollback path is written down before it is needed. Checked by: The rollback command section is non-empty.

Every check must pass. There is no partial credit and no override.

Evidence that counts

Proof has to exist outside your own claim.

At least 1 of: a running deployment a third party can reach. Evidence older than 90 days is stale and does not count.
